Palmonas Rewards Policy

1. What are PALMONAS REWARDS?

PALMONAS REWARDS are points that are accumulated in the PALMONAS wallet by the customer through various different avenues as mentioned in point 2 below.

2. What are the different avenues to earn PALMONAS REWARDS.

• When you register on PALMONAS you get PALMONAS REWARDS in your Wallet

• Refunds on any return of products purchased in offer

• Refund of orders purchased using PALMONAS REWARDS

• Refund of any other value upon the discretion of the company

• Order rewards (cashback of purchases)

• Birthday rewards

• For clearance of doubt, Palmonas rewards and points are referred as same.

3.    What part of the order Value can the customer pay using PALMONAS REWARDS?

These PALMONAS REWARDS shall be applicable on all orders worth Rs 1 and above , which can be used to pay up to  99% of the order value at a time.

 

4.    Can I pay part of my order using PALMONAS REWARDS?

Yes, you can pay for order using PALMONAS REWARDS.

 

5.    What happens when the user Cancels or Returns?

When the user cancels or returns the product, the PALMONAS REWARDS get re-credited to the user’s Wallet in active or expired state depending on the original expiry duration of the PALMONAS REWARDS while they were credited to the user’s account.

 

6.    Where can I view PALMONAS REWARDS Wallet details?

You can view your PALMONAS Wallet under the My Accounts section.

ELIGIBILITY:

 

• This Offer is open to all individual legal residents of the Republic of India aged 18 or above on the Offer Start Date.

• Each PALMONAS Customer should have a valid phone number and e-mail address.

• Participation in this Offer is purely voluntary.

OFFER:

 

• Customers can use 100% of the PALMONAS REWARDS that are made active up to a period of 30 days (as per the distributing program’s PALMONAS REWARDS policy.) At the end of the expiry period, the PALMONAS REWARDS become inactive and can no longer be used.

• These PALMONAS REWARDS shall be applicable on all orders worth Rs. 1 and above, which can be used to pay up to 99% of the order value at a time.

 

PALMONAS REWARDS EXPIRY:

 

 

OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

 

• All matters related hereto shall be final and binding and no correspondence will be entertained on this behalf by DEMIFINE FASHION PRIVATE LIMITED.

• Participation in this program is purely voluntary.

• Expiry is calculated from the date the credit is issued to the wallet.

• Expired credits will be automatically removed from the wallet.

• Expired credits can only be reinstated in specific conditions.

• The wallet is open only for PALMONAS Customers who have successfully placed an order on the Platform.

• The PALMONAS REWARDS can be redeemed only on website, mobile app and offline stores and is non-transferable, non-negotiable.

• The PALMONAS REWARDS cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full.

• The Offer shall also be subject to additional terms and conditions as PALMONAS may notify from time to time.

• PALMONAS reserves the right to disqualify any transaction or extend, cancel, discontinue, prematurely withdraw, change, alter or modify the terms of redemption or any part thereof including the eligibility criteria and other pertinent Terms and Conditions at their sole discretion at any time as may be required including in view of business exigencies and/or changes by a regulatory authority and/or statutory changes and/or any reasons beyond their control and the same shall be binding on the PALMONAS Customer(s) without prior notice.

• Cannot be transferred to another account

• May be subject to minimum purchase conditions during promotions

• The PALMONAS REWARDS cannot be combined with any other promotion offered by PALMONAS on the Platform.

• Reliance shall not be responsible to reimburse, replace or refund the PALMONAS REWARDS if Customer is unable to use the PALMONAS REWARDS.

• In cases of fraudulent/suspicious transactions or if there is any technical glitch, PALMONAS reserves the right to revoke the wallet and disqualify any Customer from getting the benefits of PALMONAS REWARDS including cancelling an order that has been placed using the PALMONAS REWARDS.

• PALMONAS does not accept responsibility for network, computer or software failures of any kind and has no responsibility for lost, delayed or misdirected entries.

• PALMONAS will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, direct, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits) expense or damage which is suffered or sustained in connection with this including any loss incurred as a result of any delay and/or failure to perform any obligation to the Customers that is caused by:

 

i. Technical problems of any kind which may limit or prevent any person's participation in this Offer;

ii. Any loss or damage arising from or in connection with the allocation or enjoyment of PALMONAS REWARDS;

iii. Any other events beyond PALMONAS control that may cause the redemption to be disrupted or corrupted or may lead to loss of, or damage to, the Customer.

 

• Customer hereby agrees to indemnify and keep PALMONAS harmless against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings that may be suffered by PALMONAS as a consequence of (i) violation of the Terms and Conditions by the Customer; (ii) violation of applicable laws; (iii) any action or inaction resulting in wilful misconduct or negligence on the Customers part.

• Customer agrees that, these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and courts at Pune, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction to decide over any controversy arising thereafter with respect to PALMONAS REWARDS/ Wallet.
