Return Policy:

 

We have a customer-friendly 2-day return and 10-day exchange policy.

If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please email us at care@palmonas.com mentioning your Order ID.

We will personally ensure that a brand-new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. If you do not like the product, you will have to raise a return request from your account. You can log in to your account if you already have one or create a new one using the same email id which is used while placing the order. There is a Return / Exchange option available to choose from and we will arrange for the pickup from your doorstep.

 

Exchange Policy: 

 

  1. You have to raise an exchange request within 10 days of receiving the product. You can log in to your account if you already have one or create a new one using the same email id which is used while placing the order. There is an exchange option available and we will arrange for the pick up from your doorstep.
  2. Once we have it with us, we will ship the replacement product to you within 5-7 working days. Please note PALMONAS will arrange for the pick up from your door step.
  3. Exchange would not be accepted if the product was customized
    for you.
  4. If you want to exchange the product you ordered for another
    product of a higher amount, we would give you a coupon code for the amount of the product you returned. You can use this code while placing the order and pay the balance amount on your next purchase.
  5.  If you want to exchange your product with another product of
    lower amount, we would ship the product as soon as we receive it and the balance would be given in the form of a credit note. 
  6. Return or exchange of the exchanged product is not possible.
  7. No discount will be given on exchange orders.

 

2) For Lab Grown Diamond Products:

 

Return Policy :


We have a 2-day return policy. Please return your entire order for a refund.

We will arrange for the product pickup from your location. Once the item is received back at the Palmonas warehouse and passes the quality check, we will process the refund to your preferred method of payment/refund.

 

Exchange Policy:



We have a 10-days exchange policy.

After unwrapping your Palmonas pink package, if you decide you'd like to exchange your lab-grown diamond products for something else, we’ll be more than happy to assist you with that.

We will arrange for the product pickup from your location. Once the item is received back at the Palmonas warehouse and passes the quality check, we will proceed with exchange order dispatch.

If you want to exchange the product you ordered for another product of a higher amount, you can either prepay the difference or choose to pay the difference via COD.

If you want to exchange your product with another product of a lower amount,we would be issuing you the balance amount in the form of a credit credit, Palmonas coupon code. These credits can be redeemed on your next order by copying and pasting the code during checkout.

 

Please note-

 

1. When you receive PALMONAS package, record a video of unboxing so if there is any problem with the product e.g., damaged product/product is missing in the box / received wrong product and submit it with the return/exchange claim. Then it will be easy for us to assist at the time you raise return / exchange request.

2. Gift box will not be eligible for return / exchange. You can return/exchange the jewelry. 

3. You can avail store credit twice for one order. After that we will not accept any return / exchange for the same order.

4. You can request for return/exchange of luxury set within 24 hours after your receive it. Luxury sets are handcrafted, hence we cannot extend the timeline of return and exchange more than 24 hours after the delivery of product.

5. If an order is returned, the accompanying free gift must also be returned.

6. If a customer wants to visit the store/office to return or exchange a product, they must make a prior appointment.

7. For Buy 2 Get 1, a customer must return all 3 products if they wish to return one.

8. If a customer fails to hand over the product at the time of pickup for return or exchange, they are to self-ship the product.

Return request will not be accepted through any other medium like email, Facebook / Instagram chat or phone call.

If you have ordered more than two products and wish to return partial order, the refund amount will be calculated basis applicable discount on non-return products in the order.

In case due to certain circumstances after raising the return request within 48 hours you are unable to return the shipment within the time frame no refund would be made. Only credit note would be given.
When you return the product to the courier guy, it is mandatory to take a receipt ( physical or through message). In case of lost shipment we will need the proof of return by you.
Refund would be processed within 4-7 days after the product is received back to our warehouse in Pune.

Apart from condition reserved herein above, the following products
shall not be eligible for return or replacement, viz:

  1. Any product that exhibits physical damage to the product. 
  2. If the Return or Exchange is requested after 48 hours of receiving the shipment. 
  3. If the product is made to order by the customer.

For special offers like Buy 1 Get 1 free & Buy 2 Get 2 free, if you wish to return the order, you have to return the entire order. Partial order can only be exchanged.

Note: if you claim for the missing product in your order, It is important to have an unboxing video.

Without this, we won’t be able to take any action on the issue !!
