About the role
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Store Supervisor (Jewellery) to join our retail team. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong background in jewellery retail who can lead store operations, drive sales, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. You will play a key role in managing daily store activities, supporting the team, and maintaining brand standards while contributing to overall business growth.
Responsibilities
- Team Support & Supervision: Assist inrecruiting, training, and mentoring store staff to maintain high performanceand professionalism.
- Ensure high standards of customer service to create a welcoming shopping experience.
- Actively engage with customers, understand their needs, and assist in purchase decisions.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently.
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure accurate and secure cash handling and billing processes.
Requirements
- Supervise daily activities of team members, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures
- Strong understanding of jewellery products, customer preferences, and sales techniques.Sales & Operations Skills
- Proven ability to drive sales and meet targets.
- Foster a positive and motivating work environment to enhance team productivity and morale.
- Experience in team supervision, training, and performance management.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and operational standards.
- Track store sales, team performance, and operational metrics.
- Analyze sales trends and customer preferences to provide actionable insights.
- Support implementation of sales initiatives and promotional campaigns.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in a supervisory or assistant store manager role in jewellery retail.
- Familiarity with retail KPIs, sales tracking, and reporting tools.
- Contribution to open-source projects is aplus.
